My adventure to achieve a healthy weight!

ate pretty darn well today and had an excellent workout!! I DID NOT eat too much at dinner, and I had zero snacks this evening. I’m proud of myself. Workout really good, but I couldn’t do very many push ups 😦 my arms are tired from working dem hard the past few days. Hopefully I’ll start seeing some results there soon.

Overall, besides being overtired I’m feeling really good 😀
