My adventure to achieve a healthy weight!

Days till the last day of school, June 15th: 43

Breakfast: Blueberries, toast with margarine. Snack: pear Lunch: leftover veggie and tofu stew Snack: banana Snack: toast with nutella Snack: a couple pieces of dark chocolate (vegan), has dried fruit and almonds in it. Did 50 minute workout today, getting better at push ups, did 5 on my toes the first set and 3 the second set. I think I’ll get there if I keep working hard on it.

Going to start weighing in less often, probably about twice a week.

MUST WORK OUT TOMORROW. I promise myself that I will. Goodnight to all!
