So yummy, so good for you!
- 1 box of jumbo pasta shells
- Assorted veggies (I used canned olives, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, garlic and onion, I also would recommend spinach)
- Tomato sauce
- Cheese (optional, don’t use too much!)
Cook pasta, Pan fry veggies together. Stuff shells with veggies, place in baking dish, cover with tomato sauce and sprinkle minimal cheese on top if desired.
Bake at 375F for 20-30 minutes until bubbly and hot
Enjoy with a leafy salad 🙂
